2. Accuracy of Content

PinXit makes every effort to ensure that the content of this website is accurate and up-to-date, however PinXit does not offer any warranties (whether express implied or otherwise) as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information appearing on this site, and/or availability of items listed. PinXit may remove material from this website at its own discretion and without notice.

3. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies, Limitations on Quantity

Whilst PinXit makes every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this website, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. PinXit therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

4. Colours & Photographic Representation

PinXit has done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours and photographic representation of items shown on this website, and to ensure they are a close and true representation of the item offered for sale. However, colours depend on your computer colour calibration. PinXit cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

5. Prohibition on Commercial Use of Website Content

You are permitted to browse this website for personal use only. All images that appear on this site, unless otherwise stated, remain the property of the artist, and may only be used for the purpose of browsing. Copying of images is not permitted, for either personal or commercial use.

6. Orders

Order can be made by email to If an order is submitted via the secure shopping card you will receive an order confirmation.

Orders are processed and dispatched within a week of receiving the order.

All sales are final. PinXit does not accept returns or refunds.

7. Payments

When an item or artwork is purchased at an exhibition PinXit requires a 25 per cent deposit. Ownership of the purchased work remains with the artist/PinXit until the full amount is received.

Payments can be made in cash, bank cheque or internet banking (EFT). For online sales payment can be made by EFT (within Australia) or per credit card via PayPal (within Australia and overseas).

PinXit accepts Lay-by for a maximum period of three months. An initial deposit of 25 per cent is required.

All prices stated are Australian dollars (A$) excl. GST.

Exchange rates may fluctuate between the time of the conversion and the time the order is processed.

8. Shipping & packaging costs

Unless otherwise stated all items in the PinXit catalogue or online shop are subject to postage and handling fees.

Within Australia delivers via AustraliaPost Express/Next-day delivery or courier if size exceeds Australia Post standards.

Overseas

International Airmail will take between 5 and 14 days from the time of dispatch. Please note that orders are often not trackable.

Shipping with UPS will take between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. A tracking number will be send to you via email.

Shipping fees dependent on the type of shipment. If you have specific requests with regards to shipping (shipping type, express or airmail, insurance etc), please contact us when placing the order. Customer requirements and shipping costs will be confirmed via email.

PinXit takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay of purchased items while shipping.

9. Custom duties

International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination country's duty and custom fees. PinXit is not responsible for these charges. If you have specific requests with regards to shipping declarations, please contact us when placing the order.

10. Delivery

Artwork purchased at an exhibition is usually available for pick-up on the first day after the end of the exhibition unless specified otherwise. Artworks from the stockroom are available immediately. All items are subject to availability.

PinXit can deliver artwork in Melbourne if arranged prior. An additional delivery  fee of $25 per hour and 25c per km applies.

11. Framing

If the buyer requires advice on framing PinXit is able to assist and arrange a competitive framing quote. Additional charges for the framing will apply.

12. Privacy

Personal information submitted via this website or email will remain private and confidential and will not be passed to any third party. When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (name, email address, delivery address and other details).

PinXit guarantees to comply with all data protection legislation, and will treat all of your personal information as strictly confidential.

In order to process your credit card transactions, we use PayPal. PayPal receives the information necessary to verify and authorise your preferred payment card and to process your order. PayPal are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

13. Limitation of Liability

By using this website you agree that items listed are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PinXit takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the website is properly functioning at all times, that the items listed are a true and close representation of the actual artworks, and that all items listed are available unless otherwise stated.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you accept that PinXit cannot be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of visiting this website, making use of the information available on the website, or any loss or damage as a result of having purchased items from this website. In no event shall PinXit or any of its artists or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits or personal injury resulting from items purchased from this site.
